We are seeking a Trader at the AVP level to join our dynamic Spread Products team in London within the Single Name Private Credit business.
Primary Responsibilities of the role
* Origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of single name private credit transactions
* Financial analysis, due diligence and projection modeling
* Structuring and drafting term sheets for new transactions
* Managing and working with key partners in Private Markets Coverage, ICM, Banking and Risk
* Ability to understand nuances of local markets, local regulation, and the capabilities and practices of competitors
* Monitor market movements, analyze trends, and assess their impact on existing positions and potential new strategies.
* Manage desk P&L and risk exposure, ensuring adherence to limits and prompt escalation of potential issues.
What we need from you
* Strong corporate finance skill set with the ability to perform corporate credit analysis
* Deep understanding of fixed income products, including loans and bonds
* Proficiency in market analysis and risk management techniques
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
