Based in Abingdon, UK, we are a team of 90 people and are growing. We are seeking a Graduate Application Engineer to join our applications team. The role requires a dynamic individual with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working autonomously, and supporting customers globally. The Opportunity:
The Applications Engineer will be a key technical contributor, supporting business development and customer applications. Responsibilities include demonstrating RPM capabilities, understanding customer needs, and liaising with industry experts to meet current and future requirements.
Requirements:
* Experience in probe microscopy, preferably in problem-solving environments.
* Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support marketing through sample runs, data presentation, report writing, and conference participation.
* Assist customers with data collection and method development, ensuring effective communication of application needs.
* Present products and results professionally to customers.
* Act as the primary contact for application-related customer support.

Benefits:
Salary range: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience. Benefits include flexible working hours, hybrid working, 25 days annual leave, death in service, private healthcare, 4% pension contributions with salary sacrifice, and a generous EMI Share scheme.
