Salary: £33,000 - 48,000 per year Requirements: We need significant experience designing and delivering Modern Workplace solutions within enterprise environments. We need strong experience leading solution design, technical governance, and costing activities. We need excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. We need experience presenting solutions to both technical and business audiences. We need knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. We need experience working within public sector, defence, or highly regulated environments. We need strong experience across several of the following technologies: Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft XDR, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). Additional experience in Azure and Windows Server, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365, Citrix Workspace and VMware Horizon, Microsoft 365, JamF and Apple Device Management, Workspace ONE, or BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or Trellix security solutions would be highly beneficial. Responsibilities: We will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale workplace solutions. We will act as a technical authority, providing governance and assurance across in-flight projects. We will support customer strategy and opportunity discussions, presenting solutions from both a technical and business perspective. We will own the creation of technical solutions, pre-sales responses, and associated cost models. We will identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. We will support the remediation of complex bids and delivery engagements where challenges arise. We will provide leadership and guidance to consultants and project teams throughout delivery. We will ensure projects are delivered consistently using Agile and Prince2 methodologies. We will build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. We will identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes through additional services and solutions. We will contribute to the ongoing development of Workplace Practice capabilities and offerings.
