A leading design studio known for its bespoke, luxury interiors is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Interior Designer to join their creative team. Role Overview:
You'll support Senior and Mid-Weight Designers across all stages of projects, from concept development to FF&E procurement. This is a hands-on role where learning, responsibility, and collaboration go hand-in-hand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing project documents, schedules, and material palettes.
* Help maintain and update the sample library and supplier database.
* Liaise professionally with suppliers and fabricators.
* Support bespoke furniture design using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
* Learn and contribute to FF&E procurement processes, budget tracking, and order follow-ups.
Requirements:
* Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury interior design (internships count).
* Competence in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office; SketchUp preferred.
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, hands-on attitude.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience with ArchiCAD or Esti-PC.
* A well-organised portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical knowledge.
