Key Responsibilities:
* Follow and deliver pre-planned lesson plans and adapt teaching to meet the needs of individuals within the class
* Manage classroom behaviour using a range of techniques
* Provide a safe, positive and engaging classroom environment
* Work alongside other staff to create an inclusive learning environment
* Follow school policies including safeguarding
* Mark work and provide feedback during the lesson where needed
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
* Strong classroom management and adaptability
* Willingness to travel across Towcester and surrounding areas
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
