The role You will work with a small, collegial and highly skilled catering team. In particular, the role works with the Functions and Events Coordinator and Kitchen Staff in partnership to: Ensure all functions and events run smoothly and to the highest standard Contribute to the set-up, pack down and execution of service throughout functions Smaller functions will see you take sole responsibility for the set-up, service and pack down of the function.
