About the Role
Were looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the onboarding and optimisation of insurance partners, ensuring a seamless experience from contract signature through to launch and maturity.

Youll work collaboratively across Business Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations combining relationship management, project delivery, and data insight to drive commercial success and partner satisfaction.
People person who will be comfortable building relationships and maximizing them
Strong data analysis to drive partners forward
Implementation planning and stakeholder management (internal and external)
What Youll Do
Manage end-to-end implementation of new partners, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
Act as the main contact for partners, building trusted relationships and driving performance.
Use data and reporting to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth.
Collaborate across teams to improve processes, enhance partner value, and support renewals.
Maintain accurate tracking through Salesforce and other project tools.
Must Haves
Proven experience in Customer Success, Partner Management, or Implementation roles
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management and coordination abilities
Confident using data and reporting to inform decisions
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Nice to Haves
Background in insurance, financial services, or SaaS
Experience using Salesforce and project management tools
Knowledge of affinity or partner-led insurance models
Project management or business qualification (desirable, not essential).
