We are seeking a School Administrator with experience of working within a school, joining from February 2026 through until the end of the academic year.
The school is a pupil-led faith school with an established reputation within its community and as the first point of contact you will have experience using school management software such as SIMS or similar.
The responsibilities of the School Administrator Include
Front Desk Duties: Greeting visitors, parents, and students, and providing them with necessary information and assistance.
Administrative Support: Assisting with data entry, filing, and maintaining student records as well as other duties when requested
Communication: Handling all manner of phone calls and emails, ensuring effective communication within the school community.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Supporting staff and students as and when requested during busy periods.Why work with Horizon Teachers?
You will be paid the permanent equivalent for the job after 12 weeks, in many cases from day one.
This role pays up to £630 per week.
