HR & Training Coordinator - Blandford - Temp - up to £15.38 per hour
Our client based in Blandford is seeking a HR & Training Coordinator who is passionate about learning and development. This role focuses on delivering impactful, accessible training and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal training events and manage logistics
* Maintain and improve digital learning systems
* Develop or adapt training materials with subject experts
* Track training progress and gather feedback
* Provide daily HR support to managers and staff
* Assist with onboarding, policy updates, and employee records
Key Skills:
* Experience in Human resources, coordinator procedures
* Strong interest and experience in training coordination or learning systems
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Confident with digital tools and systems
* Great communication skills and a people-focused approach
