The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, along with proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software.
Duties
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
* Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets using CRM software.
* Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
