About The Role
As the first point of contact for potential employees, you will play a crucial role in building relationships and promoting our employer brand. Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively source and engage candidates using platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and industry-specific networks.
2. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver quality talent.
3. Develop talent pools for potential future candidates.
4. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
5. Contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process within the People team, from job posting to onboarding.
6. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
7. Develop and implement creative strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
8. Enhance the company's employer brand through engagement and participation in recruitment events.
9. Foster positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
10. Represent Vital Energi as an employer of choice, showcasing our values and projects.
11. Support talent development initiatives alongside the People Team and Talent Acquisition Manager.
What You Will Need
* Proven experience as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
* Successful headhunting experience using platforms like LinkedIn.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
* Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Adaptability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
* Organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Self-motivation and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Team player mentality.
* Driving license is essential.
