What you'll need to succeed Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with autism is preferred. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field. Understanding of DoLS: Familiarity with the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and their application. Empathy and Patience: Compassion and patience are essential qualities for this role.
