Assembly operative

IRecruit4 are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative for a long term, full time role in the Cricklade area. This is a hands on, physical role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and doesnt mind getting stuck in. Youll be joining a busy team, helping with assembly tasks, container loading/unloading, and other repetitive but vital duties that keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements for Assembly Operative:

* Assembly operative work using hand tools
* Physical role with repetitive tasks
* Outdoor work in all weather conditions
* Container loading/unloading
* Fitting, assembling, and preparing equipment components
* Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
* Checking and ensuring parts are correctly assembled
* Following instructions accurately and maintaining quality standards
* Must be able to drive due to location
