Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance and repairs background, along with excellent problem-solving skills.
Duties
- Joinery
o Patch Plastering
o Painting
o Tiling
o Wet Plumbing
o General Maintenance of Domestic Central Heating Systems
o Furniture Repairs
o Carpet Cleaning
o Gardening
o Exterior Works
o Removals
o Set up and Maintenance of Basic IT Equipment
o To log completed maintenance work and view outstanding works using maintenance software.
o To be responsible for the safekeeping and upkeep of company tools and provided vehicle.
o Maintain the high standards of our children's homes and repair/report any issues found.
Experience & skills
- Previous experience in a maintenance role
- Reliability
Ability to use various hand and power tools
Attention to detail
Organizational skills
Must be a driver
