Social Worker – Children in Care Service – Birmingham Children’s Trust

About the role
Working in the Children with Disabilities Team, you will engage in specialised social work, making holistic threshold decisions guided by the Right Help Right Time document. The role demands adherence to tight timescales to address safeguarding concerns and provide appropriate support and signposting. Our culture is rooted in collaboration and placing the child at the forefront, and we maintain manageable caseloads and promote continuous professional growth.
Qualifications
* A degree in Social Work and completion of your ASYE.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
* Strong assessment and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
