Role summary
This is a 3-6 month fixed-term contract.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to manage and optimise our HRIS. This role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and supporting HR operations through technology. This role is the go-to expert for all things HRIS related and will be confident in troubleshooting issues and presenting workable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and a passion for improving systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and configure HiBob, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across systems. Perform regular audits and resolve discrepancies.
Provide support to system users and People Team by troubleshooting and providing issue remediation
Perform routine system maintenance
Build reports including sophisticated reports and dashboards
Provide technical support to HR and end users. Develop training materials and conduct sessions to improve system adoption.
Collaborate with HR and wider business teams to streamline processes, automate workflows, and implement system enhancements.
Identify process enhancement opportunities, including internal team processes
Use data analysis to uncover key workforce trends - such as patterns in attrition, sickness absence, employee engagement, and recruitment - and work with HR and business leaders to interpret their significance.
Ensure HRIS compliance with GDPR regulations. Manage user access and maintain system security protocols.
Support and advise on data strategies for key HR projects and change programmes.
Support with implementation and integration of Success Factors ATS and LMS
Experienced Required
Proficiency in HR Systems
Proven knowledge of HR systems structure, functions, and processes
Organised, detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to present data in a polished, professional form (e.g., executive dashboards, PowerPoint presentations)
MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, etc.) skills
Must work well independently with minimal direction, but also enjoy working as part of a wider team
Ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities
