Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to operations and client teams
* Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries professionally
* Process and schedule works orders accurately and promptly
* Book appointments and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and residents
* Maintain and update company databases and paperwork
* Assist with general office duties to keep the team running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year office administration experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent time management
* Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude
* Willingness to commute to Chigwell office
