Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor
Become an expert advisor and an inspiration to your customers. You'll get to know each customer and their home improvement projects, providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and maintaining store appearance. You'll also have opportunities for training in paint-mixing and timber cutting.
What We Need
We're looking for someone who is eager to help, enthusiastic about home improvement, friendly, outgoing, and enjoys assisting others. You should be willing to learn new technologies and methods, work well in a team, and be flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
