Your role responsibilities: * Develop, test, and commission PLC and HMI software for equipment. * Establish and manage a remote support system for engineers and customers * Provide remote and on-site support — diagnosing faults, guiding repairs, and implementing software updates. * Travel across the UK & Ireland for commissioning, integration, and technical support. * Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and project teams on complete automation solutions. * Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement. * Maintain software documentation Requirements * Experienced PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with strong electrical knowledge. * Skilled in Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Fuji, Lenze, LS. * Background in capital equipment, packaging, or process automation would be advantageous * Confident troubleshooting remotely and on site. * Strong communicator and problem solver. * HNC/HND in ...
