This vacancy arises as a result of the forthcoming departure of the current Headteacher.

Supported by the Governing Body and the existing school leadership team, you will lead teaching and learning, shape strategic direction and drive school improvement.

The Role
You will:
1. Lead the school’s focus on high-quality teaching, learning and assessment
2. Drive school improvement priorities in partnership with the SLT
3. Develop and support staff through coaching and collaboration
4. Drive the school’s strategy for curriculum and pedagogy
5. Act as a Designated Safeguarding Leader
