Job Description
Mitie has a great opportunity in The Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham. We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to join the Team on site, you will take a lead role on site on a daily basis. Your shift pattern will be discussed at interview with an hourly rate of £13.21, working a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. You will report into the sites Security Operation's Manager.
A typical shift will be 12 hours covering nights including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Duties will include:
1. Access and Egress Control
2. Completing all necessary paperwork & reports
3. Conducting external patrols
4. Conducting internal & external patrols
5. Conducting internal patrols
6. Following site specific procedures
7. Liaise with clients in a polite and professional manner
8. Maintaining the highest standards of security

Working hours will primarily involve days with some nights on occasions. Shifts will be on varied rota pattern covering weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
