We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Director to join a talented senior leadership team in Leeds.
As an Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in operational decision-making, project management, and team development, contributing to increasing fees, maintaining client satisfaction, and minimizing business risks. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong technical expertise and a track record in business development.
Your Associate Director Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the SI team, including daily briefings, workload monitoring, and training needs assessment.
* Project management, report writing, and review of specific jobs.
* Developing the skills of less experienced engineers.
* Contributing to increasing fees and maintaining client satisfaction.
* Minimizing business risks associated with health & safety and PI insurance.
* Representing the company in the technical and commercial community to increase its profile.
Required Qualifications:
* Chartered Engineer or equivalent with a strong academic background.
* Technical specialism/qualification beyond Chartership (e.g., SiLC or Rogep).
* Extensive experience in project management and team management.
* Demonstrable track record in business development, with good commercial awareness.
