1to1 Group are recruiting for a Finance Administrator for one of our clients on the outskirts of Winchester. In this position, you would be working heavily in finance to oversee financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Job Details
* £13.50- £14.00 per hour.
* Temporary on-going.
* Full-time, Monday to Friday.
* Stockbridge.
Role Responsibilities
* Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
* Monitor cash flow and assist in managing budgets effectively.
* Provide support for financial planning and analysis activities.
* Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
Skills
* Previous experience using Sage 200 is essential.
* Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Telephone skills as reception/ sales ad hoc duties may be required.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
* Driving license is required to reach the location of the office.
