About the Role
* Lead the development and implementation of an exciting and comprehensive curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and educational best practices.
* Foster a love of learning within the school community, providing guidance and support to educators in designing and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Evaluate student progress and achievement in all subjects, implementing strategies to support struggling students and challenge high-achieving students, and ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities for all students.
* Stay abreast of current trends, research, and developments in education, attending professional development conferences and workshops, and sharing insights and resources with faculty to enhance teaching practices and student learning outcomes.
* Cultivate positive relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders, communicating regularly about student progress, and upcoming events, and soliciting feedback and input to inform program improvement efforts.
* Uphold the values and ethos of Nazene Danielle School of Performing Arts, promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive and pursue their passion.
* Support in compliance and Assist in inspections. Support in parents evenings and school community events.
