Hours: Full-time

About the Role
Group Audit and Conduct Investigations (GA&CI) is looking for an Audit Analyst specializing in Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I). You will participate in audits that impact how the Group supports customers at key moments in their lives.

1. Support control testing, identify concerns, and articulate potential challenges.
2. Contribute to delivering the audit plan and provide insights to support business outcomes.
3. Develop understanding of the business areas you audit, using your knowledge of insurance, pensions, and investments.
4. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
5. Model Group values and behaviors.
6. Own and pursue your career development opportunities.
7. Create a positive learning environment, coach less experienced team members, and provide feedback for their growth.

Candidate Requirements
Risk Management and Control: Experience in internal or external audit or risk assurance, with a strong record of impactful and valued work.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of insurance, pensions, or investment products.
Project Delivery: Strong communication skills, ability to own and prioritize work effectively.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret group and business strategies and connect them to audit activities; proactive in personal growth.
Data Analytics: Ability to analyze and communicate data effectively for audit outcomes.
Additional Useful Experience: Knowledge of Agile project management, direct-to-consumer investment platforms, or investment fund structures.
