Cheshire Constabulary can offer you a unique and rewarding role as a Communications Operator within our Force Control Centre. You will deal with members of the public and provide vital support to frontline officers on a day to day basis. Salary information: During Training you will earn the starting salary of £28,071. Once you have completed Training and start on the Full-Time shift pattern, you could earn approximately in the region of £37,577 to £43,655 per annum. This includes the 20% shift allowance and weekend enhancement (please note that your monthly income will vary due to how many weekends that month you have worked) Once you have completed Training and start on the Part time lates shift pattern, you could earn approximately in the region of £16,495 with the potential to earn up to £19,164 this includes the 10% shift allowance and time and a half weekend enhancement once you have completed your training (please note that your monthly income will vary due to how many weekends that month you have worked) Please note, your salary will increase through progression within the above range.
