Responsibilities

* You will plan, prepare, and assess learning activities while promoting essential skills such as literacy, numeracy and digital capability.
* You will also contribute to curriculum planning and support the delivery of basic and key skills.
* You will take responsibility for maximising learner attendance, retention, and punctuality within assigned groups, ensuring an outstanding learning experience for all.

* Applicants should hold a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
* Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive subject knowledge, an understanding of current educational initiatives, and a creative, innovative approach to developing teaching materials.
Requirements
* Intermediate IT skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Desirable skills include familiarity with learner management systems, student record systems, virtual learning environments and e-learning platforms.
