Shift patterns: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday rotational 6am - 2pm and 12pm - 8pm

We’re now looking for a Transport Clerk to support the smooth running of our transport operations by managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance processes are followed.
✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Preparing driver paperwork and carrying out driver briefs and de-briefs
* Communicate with drivers regarding rota's, routes and any issues arising throughout the shift
* Ensuring that all transport admin duties are carried out such as filing
* Supporting the Transport team with any other tasks as and when required
✅ this Role Would Suit People Who
* Previous experience working in administration is essential within a Transport Office is desirable
* Strong administration experience
* Excellent IT skills - prior use of Microsoft Office, Microlise or Tachomaster is advantageous
* Good communication skills - both written and verbal
