Hours: 07.00-15.45

We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team.
The Role:
The Warehouse Shift Manager is accountable for managing a logistical team to accurately pick, pack and despatch customers orders, meeting customer specific requirements. Maintain a safe, clean, organised warehouse, ensuring secure control of company stock and assets.
As our Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:
Lead and manage a warehouse team to accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
Ensure warehouse operations meet customer-specific requirements and business demand.
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment.
Monitor and safeguard company stock and assets.
Coordinate team schedules and workloads to ensure daily logistics needs are met.
Contribute to planning and staffing by forecasting future operational demand.
Facilitate efficient handovers and collaborative team efforts through shift meetings and communications.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience managing warehouse operations, preferably in a logistics or distribution environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and coordinate a team.
A proactive mindset with the ability to forecast operational needs and propose effective solutions.
Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
Sound knowledge of health & safety, security, and warehouse best practices.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills to assess performance and identify improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
A results-focused attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and high standards.
