I’m working with a global logistics company that supports some of the world’s most recognisable brands. They are entering a new phase of growth and international expansion, and are looking to appoint a Paralegal to join their London office full-time (5 days a week).
This is a broad role offering exposure to corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracts, and cross-border operations. You’ll be joining a close-knit legal team with direct visibility across senior stakeholders and international subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support corporate governance processes, board meetings, and subsidiary records.
* Maintain compliance registers and assist with regulatory filings.
* Review, draft, and manage commercial agreements, NDAs, and intercompany agreements.
* Conduct sanctions and client due diligence screening.
* Support the implementation of data protection measures across global entities.
* Manage legal operations: templates, budgets, external counsel invoices, and document systems.
* Provide ad hoc research, drafting, and administrative support to the legal function.
About You:
* Law degree or equivalent legal studies.
* 1–3 years’ paralegal/legal assistant experience, ideally in corporate, compliance, or contracts.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additionally need to speak either French or Italian.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic international business.
