We are looking for a Pay and Benefits Administrator to join us at our Colchester Head Office.

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).

Duties will include:

1. Assist with the end-to-end payroll process of approximately employees, across the UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
2. Checking & verifying new starters and leavers, data changes (salary, commissions & bonuses.) and any relevant documentation or data.
3. Producing, analysing and distributing payroll and benefits reports.
4. Maintain and update existing spreadsheets, databases and other payroll records when required
5. Deliver a high level of care and professionalism to colleagues when answering queries relating to their pay and benefits.
6. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including, tax, national insurance, pensions and statutory payments.
7. A solid understanding of legislation and calculations of statutory sick pay, company sick pay and maternity & paternity.
8. Administer and oversee employees benefits such as pensions, private medical, flexible benefits etc.
9. Any other adhoc duties required
