Direct Cooling Systems was established in 2000 and carries out the mechanical services to Offices, Universities, Retail etc., for new build construction projects and existing building fit out refurbishments throughout the UK and has recently added a servicing division to the company.

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to work alongside our existing project managers.
You will be managing personnel, coordinating project schedules, ensuring that health and safety regulations are observed, and regularly reporting project status and costs to management.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with HVAC systems and project management, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and direct all HVAC projects
* Communicate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients
* Manage project costs, including procurements and labour expenses.
* Prepare and deliver progress reports
* Produce CVR and monthly job cost reports
* Oversee and troubleshoot HVAC installations and repairs
* Conduct site inspections and ensure project deadlines are met
* Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to the project
* Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
* Ability to produce RAMS.
Qualifications/Skills:
* Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role
* Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance requirements
* Strong understanding of project management principles
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency with project management and producing CVRs
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the HVAC Contract Manager or Director.
