Our purpose is simple: to save lives at sea. 24 hours a day, every day, RNLI lifesavers are ready to launch to the rescue. We’re looking for a Clinical Trainer to join our Clinical Training Team. The Learning and Organisational Development team supports the RNLI by ensuring our lifeboat crews and lifeguards are ready to help save lives. We train our crews and lifeguards to high levels of medical care, which relies on exceptional training being delivered.

- This role will involve extensive travel, providing training at lifeboat and lifeguard stations across the North and East, as well as travelling around the UK and ROI. An RNLI vehicle will be provided

About you

Flexibility and the ability to think on your feet are key attributes. If you want to see how casualty care supports our organisation’s aim to reduce drowning, this could be the role for you.
