💷 Salary: £57,000 - £78,000 (inclusive of performance-related bonuses)
✨ Welcome Bonus - £5,000 (paid following successful Ofsted registration)
✨ Ofsted Bonus - up to £6,000 per year
✨ Occupancy Bonus - earn up to £5,000 every 6 months
Contract: Full-time, permanent (40 hours per week, fixed rota). Flexibility required for evenings and weekends.

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Home Manager to lead our 4-bedded EBD home, where three children are currently placed. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, compassionate leader to make a genuine and lasting difference.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide full operational leadership of the home
2. Manage, support, and inspire a diverse, high-performing care team
3. Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management strategies
4. Work collaboratively with education teams and external professionals to deliver holistic support
5. Build positive relationships with stakeholders and promote the home effectively
6. Produce reports and monitor performance data against KPIs
7. Drive continuous improvement and service quality
8. Contribute to organisational projects and wider service development
What We're Looking For
9. A child-centred leader focused on achieving the best outcomes
10. Experience as a Registered Manager, or at least two years as a Deputy Manager ready to step up
11. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
12. In-depth understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic care approaches
