What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across your territory with our extensive restorative consumables and digital hardware portfolio.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and digital engagement.
* Create strategic account plans to maximize growth and customer penetration.
* Act as a trusted advisor to laboratories and dental by understanding their business goals and operational challenges.
* Deliver tailored solutions across Straumann Group’s laboratory portfolio, digital workflows, and services.
* Communicate compelling value propositions that drive long‑term partnerships.
* Grow and develop existing accounts through cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
* Support customer education and engagement through meetings, events, and digital interactions.
* Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
* Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive overall business success across labs and dental practices.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in dental, healthcare, medical device, IT, engineering, or technical sales.
* Laboratory technician experience is highly valued, but other transferable commercial backgrounds within medical and dental are welcome.
* Proven ability generate opportunities, manage pipelines, and close business.
