Overview
This is a position where you would be dealing with the cases pre issue which includes gathering information from the clients and details about the case. This is a varied role which allows you to make delegated decisions and grow your legal knowledge. Any applicant must be comfortable working with targets in mind. This position does allow for education opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing
* Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
* Dealing with third parties, insurers, medical institutions
* Operating the case management system
* Speaking with clients on the telephone
