We seek to appoint an experienced and inspirational Teacher and Deputy ALNCO to work closely alongside our ALNCO from September 2026.
The successful candidate will be:

2. Highly Organised: Proven ability to manage workloads and meet strict statutory deadlines.
3. Relationship Builder: Adept at working with parents and guardians to support pupils' academic, social, and emotional needs.

5. Ensure Welfare: Drive strategic development of pastoral care specifically tailored for students with ALN.
We are an ambitious secondary school, situated on the outskirts of Caerphilly (a short drive from Cardiff, Newport and the M4). Caerphilly train and bus station is located a 5 minute walk from the school.
