* Reporting to the Head of Vehicle Engineering, you will be accountable for planning, executing, and controlling project delivery.
* Skilled in Risk and Task management of a cross-functional engineering team, within Quality, Cost, and Time controls.
* Proficient in the use of Project Management tools, metrics, and schedules.
* Act as the key interface between EDAG and the customer(s) with professional communication skills to present and interact.
* Conduct regular reviews and reporting of project performance (KPIs) at steering committees, project reviews, etc.
* Coordinate with technical design/engineering resources to achieve project goals.
* Prepare customer quotations, calculations, budget planning, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate cross-functional reviews for technical issue resolution (e.g., Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys).
* Serve as the interface for all functions within the project team.
* Demonstrate EDAG's reputation by working directly and seamlessly with customers.
* Other tasks as assigned by your manager.

Requirements
* Degree in a relevant field.
* Project Management experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
* Effective leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills in a global environment.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strategic thinking and a desire to push technological boundaries.
* Effective problem-solving skills.
* High analytical ability for complex and unusual problems.
* Proven people management within a matrix organization.
* Ability to influence technical direction.
* Experience in managing planning, financials, and reporting.
* Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
* Willingness to travel to customer and supplier locations as required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus.
