Temporary Accommodation Support Officer
Grade B – £28,598 – £33,699, working 36.5 hours per week.
About the Role
Our Housing Solutions Service is the front door for residents facing homelessness or a housing crisis. In this role you will support statutory homelessness reviews, ensuring fair and lawful decision‑making for vulnerable residents.
* Prepare case files and supporting documentation for Reviews Officers
* Liaise with customers, legal representatives, and internal teams
* Monitor deadlines and ensure cases are managed in line with legislation
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records
* Triage and allocate review cases efficiently
About the Team
The Temporary Accommodation Team works with landlords, managing agents, and internal services to deliver safe, suitable accommodation and maintain high standards across the portfolio.

Experience in housing, homelessness, or local government is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided.
