RG Consultancy are working with a retail business based in Burnley, Lancashire who are looking for an accounts assistant to support them on a 9 month contract. This role is working within a team of 4 and reporting into the financial controller.
Having experience of accounts is essential for this role, and ideally someone with strong MS Excel experience.
Duties will include:
* Work closely with the finance team to reconcile the sales ledger
* Processing purchase invoices
* Processing receipts into the cashbook
* Posting credit card transactions
* Reconcile stock
* Support with other ad-hoc duties
Experience:
* Strong MS Excel skills including any experience with Pivot tables/Look ups/Formulas
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
