We are delighted to be working with an exciting business based in Banbury that are looking for a Credit Controller to join the team! This a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous credit control experience to continue developing in a supportive environment - hybrid working and study support available!
Key responsibilities:
1. Assess and monitor the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
2. Establish and maintain credit limits for customers
3. Regularly review credit terms and conditions
4. Chase overdue invoice by phone, email and letter and negotiate payment plans
5. Set up new customers on the system
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
7. Allocate payments received to customer accounts promptly and accurately

8. Proven experience in a similar role
9. Good IT skills including Excel
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Knowledge of credit control procedure
