Job Title: HR Assistant (US Law firm)
Location: City of London
Role: Full-time permanent role
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
Requirements: Law firm Experience necessary
The role
In your new role as an HR Assistant, you will providing high-quality operational and project support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Drafting and issuing contractual updates, including contract variations, promotions, secondments, and probation outcomes.
* Assisting with the management of sickness absence, family leave and other types of leave.
* Assisting with annual and mid-year evaluation processes.
* Assisting and taking notes in Employee Relations issues.
* Assisting with the coordination of business professional recruitment processes.
* Managing interview scheduling, candidate communication and liaising with agencies.
* Maintaining and enhancing HR system data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
* Previous experience working in a generalist HR role at a Global Law firm.
* Confidence when using HR systems, including producing reports.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* IT Proficient.
