Payroll Assistant
You will have a keen interest in developing a career in payroll and the drive to learn and grow within the role. Whether you are at the beginning of your payroll journey or already an experienced Payroll Officer, you'll bring excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
If you are joining us as a Payroll Assistant, you will receive full support and training, with the opportunity to progress to Payroll Officer level after 12 months of proven experience. If you are an experienced Payroll Officer, you'll already have a strong track record of delivering accurate payrolls, handling queries with confidence, and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies. This will be discussed in further detail at interview.
In both cases, you'll be comfortable working with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel, be able to manage deadlines effectively, and demonstrate strong communication skills when liaising with colleagues across the organisation. Above all, you'll be motivated to provide a high-quality payroll service and to continually develop your knowledge and expertise.
