What To Expect
As a Legal PA your role is pivotal, providing confidential and proactive support to stakeholders. Confidence, effective communication and influential skills are essential.
Responsibilities
 * Stakeholder engagement: conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings, draft concise replies to correspondence and support client queries during absences.
 * Adaptability and collaboration: support the wider PA team and cover for team members during absences.
 * Efficient mailbox, diary and travel management: manage mailboxes and diaries including travel coordination.
 * Meeting organisation and coordination: draft agendas, prepare for internal and external meetings and ensure necessary equipment and refreshments.
 * Document management: undertake urgent and short document work and collaborate with the production team for larger documents.
 * Financial administration and compliance: coordinate with billing and finance teams and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
 * Pitch and presentation creation: create impactful pitches and PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders.
 * Marketing and business development: coordinate and organise events and create event material.
 * Championing process improvements: influence decisions and advocate for process changes within the organisation.
Qualifications
 * Experience in a similar professional environment, providing seamless adaptation to a busy environment.
 * Client service excellence: anticipate client needs and proactively address issues.
 * Problem‑solving and initiative: identify solutions efficiently and aspire for excellence in all tasks.
 * Effective communication: demonstrate excellent communication skills when liaising with stakeholders and clients.
 * Delegation and ownership: delegate tasks across dedicated support teams while maintaining overall ownership of transactional activities.
 * High‑level support: provide exceptional PA support to senior stakeholders, including managing calendars, organising meetings and handling confidential information.
 * Relationship building: cultivate strong relationships both internally and externally.
 * Task management and risk awareness: skilfully manage tasks with expertise and balance priorities.
 * Flexibility: demonstrate flexibility and embrace change.
 * Microsoft applications proficiency: intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Teams and Copilot.
 * Team collaboration: offer support to colleagues when needed.
