Learning Support Assistant needed for SEND school.

A fantastic special needs school in Staffordshire is seeking a positive, enthusiastic LSA to start as soon as possible.
You will be working with students who have autism, learning difficulties, and can display challenging behaviour, so exceptional behaviour management skills with the ability to be supportive are a must. You will be expected to work with the young people at the school on a one-to-one basis, supporting the Class Teacher when required.
The school is based near Stafford and offers an adapted curriculum to students aged 11-16 who are unable to attend mainstream education.
It is essential that you have a good standard of education and can identify areas of improvement and development required when working on a one-to-one basis.
