Microsoft Cloud Engineer Role
To excel in this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining key infrastructure support processes. This involves addressing incoming escalations and assisting with a variety of project deliveries across Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
Key responsibilities include diving into complex projects, helping build and deploy customer projects, ensuring documentation is updated, providing technical assistance to varying accounts, and developing expertise in Microsoft Cloud skills.
This role will involve project delivery work with occasional escalation support tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, professional certifications such as AZ or MS series certifications, and experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID + Identity, deployment of Microsoft 365 products, and management/troubleshooting of Windows Server.
The successful candidate will be placed on a fast-track program towards becoming a consultant and will receive personalized development and training plans to ensure continued growth within the organization.
