£50,000 - £70,000 + bonus + benefits
Are you an exceptional, business-minded Executive Assistant looking to work in a high-energy and growing, entrepreneurial Venture Capital firm?
Are you dynamic, energetic and ambitious? And do you have the credibility to deal with executives across the business as well as high-profile clients?

This is an exciting and demanding role, with full visibility into all the internal and external work streams in a VC firm.
You will need experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment, but really it is all about the attitude and approach that will ensure your success in this role.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
* 1:1 360° business and personal support at C-Suite Level
* Full inbox management including drafting emails and formal correspondence
* Full calendar management – scheduling meetings and ensuring perfect coordination and diary alignment amongst partners, founders, investors and other external stakeholders
* Travel management - end-to-end travel arranging with awareness of time zones
* Proof-reading sensitive and technical documentation
* Taking responsibility of operations-related projects from inception to completion
* Expense & Credit Card management
* Taking initiative regarding internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
* Research to support investment work
The skills you need to bring:
* 5+ years’ experience providing support at C-Suite level in a fast-paced environment
* Acute attention to detail
* Demonstrable interest in technology and startups
* Tech-savvy, proficient in GSuite, MSOffice and AI tools and platforms
* Understanding of complex schedules over different time zones
* Organised self-starter with excellent time management skills
* Confidence to introduce own processes
* Assertive and confident decision maker
* A positive mindset and friendly manner
* Ability to engage easily at all levels
