Key Responsibilities
 * Lead and mentor the veterinary team.
 * Provide high‑quality clinical care and surgical interventions.

 * Make independent clinical decisions across a varied caseload.
Qualifications
 * MRCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon with leadership experience.
 * Strong clinical and surgical competency with a proactive attitude.
 * Excellent communication, organization, and mentoring skills.
 * Commitment to supporting the growth of team members and the practice.
 * Confidence in decision‑making and handling a varied caseload independently.
