A secondary school in Ilford is seeking an experienced Behaviour Specialist with Level 3 Safeguarding training to support pupils requiring additional behavioural and emotional support.
This role involves working closely with pastoral teams and teaching staff to help pupils remain engaged in learning.
The Role
• Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
• De-escalate challenging behaviour and promote positive choices
• Work closely with safeguarding and pastoral teams
• Provide targeted support to students both inside and outside the classroom
• Help maintain a safe and structured learning environment
