LOGISTIC ASSOCIATE
This European Company is one of the world’s leading generic pharmaceutical companies with a focus on prescription pharmaceuticals, non-prescription products, and animal health products
KRKA is seeking a broad-based individual to support the smooth of commercial business operations across a number of different platforms. Candidates must be IT savvy, highly numerate, have excellent attention to detail, and will need to have a “can do” resilient attitude to thrive in this rapidly growing company. This is an excellent role for somebody seeking exposure to a broad range of back-office sales support functions in a local start-up within a major multinational pharma company and is ideally suited to a candidate who has recently graduated with a Business Degree and is located close to Slough.
Required Educational Qualifications and Experience:
* At least 3 years of work experience (can be in a different business) or a recent Business Degree graduate with relevant work (sandwich year) experience
* Fluent in MS Office with intermediate MS Excel skills
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
* Good numerical and analytical skills; accurate
* Desirable experience to include at least one of:
* CRM systems management
* Customer Database Management
* Stock management and sales order processing
* SAP or other ERP demand forecasting experience
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Customer sales order processing via the warehouse management portal
* Management of sales rebate database, customer details, and associated product sales rebates
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system administrator for the field sales team
* Support periodic business reporting requirements
* Office administration and local IT Support concerning IT assets
* Office assets and equipment
* Office IT network and server
* The primary point of contact for HQ IT
* Local implementation and support of IT systems with support from HQ IT
Responsibilities and reporting:
* Reports directly to the UK Deputy Director
* Permanent position with 7% contribution to company pension scheme
* Optional Private Health Insurance
* Group Income Protection Insurance
* Home working 1 day per week
* Office Location: Langley, Slough.
